I uploaded my music from my computer, and only a few albums recieved album artwork. Why is that? is there a way i get all the albums artwork up?

Sometimes i have to take the battery out just because it will freeze and not let me do anything on screen... i turn screen off and back on, its frozen... wth. anyone else having this issue? last time it happened i was uploading music (which will bring my next thread of questions).
