You can use any mp3 as a ringtone, just create a ringtone folder on your sdcard and the system will find it when you look through your ringtones in the sound settings.

There is an app called Flikie Wallpaper that has a lot to choose from. Once you've found the wallpaper you want and have saved it just long press on one of your home screens and select wallpaper, and then browse to the one you saved and select it.
