We finally got this issue resolved. For anyone else having this annoying problem the culprit is RegiStar in the app GOOD LOCK. Just go tO RegiStar, and if you have nothing assigned to the "Side Key press and hold" function, either turn it off, or select an action for it. I turned mine off...

I'm going to look into Spectrum. They have been blowing me up with ads and bait to join them. If the price is right, it's adios to 22 years with Verizon. No loyalty and their prices keep going up with nothing tangible in return. Anyone here have any experience with Spectrum's mobile service?

Here we go again! I just got this today. Verizon keeps taking and not giving. I will be looking for a new company that allows usage in Europe as well as the US. They are think-tanking ways to pay for that big lawsuit!
