    Help could not be downloaded due to an error (489)

    Hi, Using Samsung Galaxy S3. When I attempt to download the majority of android apps it gives me a "could not be downloaded due to an error (489)" has any one experienced this same problem and if so how did you fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
