    Passing a wifi starts up Google in Chrome

    Hi, Sorry for the very basic post, but every time I pass a wifi, it interrupts what I'm doing by opening up Chrome and going to Google. How do I turn this off? Another easy question, how can I lock out Xfinity wifi? I'm constantly being asked if I want to connect to XFinity, and it's useless...
