Root x2 Wont turn on

Root Wanting to flash a custom rom
I have apps (and their data) backed up with Titanium Backup, done a nandroid backup with System Recovery. I'm wanting to flash Liberty or Eclipse one, probably, I need to be on 2.3.5 for Eclipse though right?
