Help Help Please
I tried upgrading to 3.1 and it would fail so I decided to revert back to factory setting from the settings menu. After that was done and the tabe rebooted I am at the welcome screen where you pick a language and hit start. I select English but when i hit start it turns blue but wont go off...- Fiord
