I am new to the Android forums. So this is my first question and it just so happens to be VERY important! This has happened to my eris THREE TIMES!!!! The four bars that show signal at the top go gray and an X is at the top of them. After this happens, every time i try to do anything on my phone, it forces close. Whether its phone, messages, OR settings. I need help!!
The first time this happened, i took my phone to verizon and they just replaced it because they had never heard of this problem before....A day later, the same thing happened and i was going to take it back, but i called the customer service and the only thing she could tell me was to do a hard reset. Has ANYONE else had this problem? Its really beginning to be a nuisance. Any suggestions are appreciated
