    Help Samsung galaxy portal

    Hi, I've had my smartphone for 12months and have never had any trouble with downloading apps until now, actually it's not the downloading that appears to be the problem but getting the phone to install certain apps. can anyone advise me? Would updating software help? Waiting in anticipation!!!
