Sounds good...Is there a way to get an unread count badge with Inbox? My regular gmail app has it, but I don't see an option for it on my phone for the inbox app... This could be a deal breaker for me?

Have we figured out how long it takes for a invitee to gain invites to share? I've been signed up for 24hrs and still have Nome to share.

I would think uninstalling the Gmail app would be the way to go....If you get any extra invites, I would like make the switch as well.
