    Help Unable to load contacts using samsung kies

    hi, i am getting an error like stopped loading contacts from ur phone while i am trying to import contacts in to kies from my mobile samsung-galaxy ace.i also updated to the new version of kies and tried it but not working. could you please tell me how to solve this problem?:confused:
