If I signed a 2 year with the T-bolt, can I go back within the 14 days and change to a one year?

Just bought a thunderbolt and was wanting to use the FM radio, it says I need a headset to play? Also, I was curious to see if you could play the music through your car speakers without the use of a bluetooth tuner with this feature, not sure how that works so it might be a dumb question. Thanks
