The Galaxy Note, Galaxy Nexus, Motorola Atrix etc are Palmtop computers which run phone applications as well as many others. Apple has called it's Palmtop a phone but that doesn't make it one or that others should follow suit. Tablets are laptops without a keyboard and are too big to be a Palmtop.
