    Help Debranding THEN Unlocking...Issue??

    I debranded my Telus Desire to 2.2. I have been supplied with an unlock code and it doesn't work. Does the order have anything to do with it ie. should I have unlocked then debranded? The supplier is on the up and up as I got one that worked for a Samsung Focus.
