    Root unlocking sim card wont work

    I was on stock then i flashed miui and when it asked for my pin for my sim i put it in and it just says and unlocking sim and wont work. I flashed cm7 and it still didnt work. Everytime i try to restore to stock it says error while flashing boot image. How do i fix this?
