Im trying to reinstall android on my lg 70 and when i try with LG flash tool it shows S/W Upgrade in progress and phone stuck at LG screen

soo i rooted my lg l70 and then installed cyanmod 12.1 and then 13 then i noticed that my sim card didn't work so i tried to use my backup that i earlier did ,but it didn't work and i was in a bootloop then i used lg flash tool to get back to my stock android ,but it has some issues i can't open...

Hello evryone yesterday i installed on my lg l70 marshmellow rom(cyanmod 13 ) but i wanted to do my backup on my stock rom , i flashed in to recovery started to backup and nothing happened for abaut 30 minutes or so afted that , i tried to start the phone up and it just stuck a the boot...
