    Root Helppppp!! Update rom

    Plzz help me i have root my arc 2.3.4 42 and installed cwm installer and installed recovery after I download a rom Ics and update it, so it retryed know it frezzing on sony ericsson i waited 1 hour nothing happend, I update back to normal use -updater servies after I trying again update new rom...
