THanks. I already have it going. i'll be uploading a OTA rooted, unlocked backup shortly.

We maybe able to help each other out. I am trying to get the ota update to work to. I am running stock ics without root from a cwm backup i had but it was corrupt and the recovery is the modded recovery used for gaining root. So maybe if you give me the stock recovery.img I could flash it then make a nandroid back up for you.
