After i update my phone yesterday, my phone keep restarting and not even reach the home page. Anyone face this problem too, and any advice??

Hi everyone, my phone have some problem which can't switch to silent and vibrate mode anymore(only in normal mode). I have try to restart and switch off my phone, but still the same. Anyone face this problem too?? And what is the solution to solve it?? Thanks.
