Help Carrier unlock
so i have a rooted galaxy note 2 from U.S. Cellular but i just moved to where they have no reception and want to move to a different carrier. i've been browsing the web for a while now and can't find anything that helps me, i've tried using *#197328640# but nothing happens, just tries to connect...- hounter90
