I'm running damage controls rom and I like some of the looks of other roms like the battery icon lock screen but I like the look of the stock lay out is there ways of flashing updates or something to change this rom to the couple of things I like from other roms

I'm using damage control 3.6 and i want to you the new sprint update with the swype feature anyway of updating it without losing my root

i rooted my phone to dc 2.08 and now when i place a call it vibrates when the call is connected.

i rooted my phone last night and now the htc facebook doesnt let me update myu contactes with their picture. it says updating but i only does it for 3 secs. please help i tried to do the app update and still the same thing.
