    Help Htc desire hd backup after factory reset?

    Recently, my phone has been faulty. The lock button was unresponsive most of the time. So I phone the people up and they walked me through the 'solution' which ended up being, download HTC sync, back up contacts. Supposedly they also backed up my sms messages, but although i see some new files...
