You should be able to access it here. This is the zip file that the RUU exe file produces in the %TEMP% directory when you launch it on a windows box.

Simply download this file, and copy it to the root of your SD card as PK76IMG.zip, and boot into bootloader to start the refresh process...

The file is 326M, and you're using the slow upload side of my DSL connection, so it may take a while to download...
