    Help contact not remembered in text msg

    My husband's contact info is not showing up in text anymore. Everyone else has there pics and name but his just has his phone number. if you press the person and click on view his info shows up but not on Text list. How do i fix this? I've tried everything.. reseting phone. redoing his contact...
