Some of the calls I get are showing up as a bunch of 8's instead of the actual number. Any ideas why this is happening?

i will sometimes get a notification saying there is a new update from the server, but when i click the notification the phone does nothing. what am i missing here? is there a way to manually update this "package from server"? huawei mercury

So... When i send a text, it says it's sent but the person receiving it will not get it until i send another text to them. Its like there's a text perpetually stuck in space. It's quite frustrating and i don't really want to throw my phone out of a moving car. Is there a solution to this...
