Apparently I have stopped a function on my Droid Razr Maxx that allows me to post pics. When I am posting on a forum and decide to add a pic, I scroll down and select Manage Attachments. That opens a screen where my options are Choose a file from computer-or- Choose file from a URL. Previously...
