Lollipop update has frozen my Nexus 7.

FWIW I had to do factory resets on both my 2012 and 2013 N7's.

My Nexus 7 2013 2nd gen has been frozen by system update to 5.0.2 Lollipop. Clear partition cache does not allow reboot.
