Did you buy your box on ebay? Wich was the seller? I think my seller "globalsales*" had sold the same box to spain in the past. I'm trying to send my box back to china to repair or to be replaced by another one, but only if he pay the package back.
Did you try to speek with your seller?

i have a recent firmware, 4.0.4, but with that my box gets very unstable, its always freezing and randomly reboots. The version is f16ref and i think yours is c03ref.
Do you have any problem with your box?
