Sure man, what i did was put the incredible in the dock than carefully lifting it up a bit i marked where the port should go. I than took the 6 torque bolts off from the bottom of the dock to expose the wiring and small weight. I moved all of the wiring out of the way to slowly make new dock port hole. I used a drill to start and a file to get the port exit to the proper size. I than slide the charging port into the new slot and filed the back of the dock out for the port wire to exit in the rear so you can connect to the wall.
