Hi I saw your thread about your HTC desire and the problems you had with it regarding liquid ingress. I'm having the exact same problem with T-mobile - no one wants to take responsibility or help and there is no way that I have caused liquid ingress. How can they use fog or mist as a reasonable excuse for liquid damage?! Surely these phones should be able to handle changes in humidity?! I was just wondering how it has gone for you with small claims court or if you have any info or advice? x
