I am going to send in my archos 70 for repairs but first. Do they repair the device if it has the android market app on it??? If they do what about other illegal apks??? It needs its screen repaired but do they wipe the hard drive without even looking at it???

Okay so my archos 70 screen broke and i have no way to mount it. But i have to get rid of some illegal apps like the Gapps is this possible... if it is it will save me like 180$. if not i will just use warranty to get full new one.
