I have an unlocked htc inspire 4g, that will not power on at all. It just vibrates seven times and done deal, not lights, no action, nothing. I have tried a hard reset, battery pull etc. equaling the same result. So is this phone done? if so will htc warranty it if i got it from ebay being it...
