    Help LG Ally VS-740 Dead Screen ?? Transfer Data

    LG Ally screen died, replacement has arrived. Now how do I transfer the APPS and data that do not live on the memory card? I have the USB cable and the usb as well as android drivers loaded on the PC running WIN 7. Now what?
