    Help Download taking LONG time

    Hi folks ... New to this forum - when I turned on my Galaxy SII this morning (5 Jan 12) it went into download mode and it's been downloading for almost an hour and a half - is this OK for it to take so long?? I have Sprint as my carrier HELP Thanks, Kiki
