i was rooted and running cwm touch, but i unrooted and installed stock recovery using option 6 in the all in one. after a factory reset it boots into recovery v5.0.2.7, but now upon reboot it just boots into recovery. i have tried restoring from the file on my sd card but it made no diff, still...

im rooted and running cmd touch recovery, stock v6 rom tho, but the spectrum is my first REAL phone so its a learning experience. kinda late to the party and most deff already been addressed, but my question is this. do i need to unroot in order to install v7 ics? or just install stock recovery...
