    Just Upgraded my AT&T to 2.1

    I started the upgrade process as per the AT&T instructions. I loaded the "PC Companion" and followed instructions.....until it kept crapping out. I turned off my firewall and all virus protection, and still nothing. I changed the "PC Companion"'s setting to administrator (under Vista)...and...

    I have read all the forum replies regarding updating the x10a from 1.6 to 2.1. Give me a break. And, there are some of us that are LOYAL to AT&T (like myself) and I do not want to do anything to trash my good standing. SO, I ask, what are the steps involved in updating from 1.6 AT&T to 2.1...

    New to Android....I will have the AT&T version x10 w/1.6

    OK - can I live with 1.6 until I get used to the phone? Or, should I try to update it right out of the box?:confused:
