    Phone taking 18 secs to obtain line/dial ?

    Profoundly sad .. my phone is averaging 18 seconds just to make the click and obtain a line to being dialing after I push green phone icon/send. I have an SSD drive on my laptop .. I can start Windows on my laptop quicker than I can simply dial a number.. This is insane. I need a working solution.
