My life has been a nightmare for the last few years when it comes to technology! I am not a developer or programmer. I am simply a Mom who paid a LOT of money for multiple phones because nobody seems to be able to help me. I have talked to Samsung, AT&T; Google, Geek Squad, Microsoft and even a friend who knows a little about computers. Every phone or computer I get seems to be taken over by something! App settings change; passwords constantly change, and all my data gets wiped out. My email was even blacklisted at one point (not this one). This has taken over my life, so I came to this forum as my last resort! I am praying someone can help me.
