Title says it all, i've been having problems with merging the calls when someone calls me. When i call someone, it's perfectly fine but when it's the other way i can't find the merge button.

Whenever i'm in a call it works just fine when i'm not in speaker mode. When i switch to speaker mode i can still hear them but they seemed to not be able to hear me. What's wrong?
