Ok, I bought a new HTC Legend, with the seller saying it worked on ATT 3G. Is there a way to tell if it is unlocked? And is there a way to get the phone to have 3G?? I am on ATT in Texas. I have never owned an HTC phone. I have been an Iphone girl, and this problem is making me miss my Iphone...
