    LG Leon screen flickers and doesn't really respond whats the problem and what will it cost to fix?

    It's after getting wet the stickers are red on both phone and battery but it turns on fine just that I cannot unlock it as it's flickering and ghost clicking. Putting i rice for 18 hours didn't really help.
