    Samsaung Galaxy Note 5; issue auto connecting to unprotected wifi

    I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with AT&T service. I have all the settings off but it stills auto turns the wifi on and auto connects to unprotected wifi while driving, walking, etc. How do I fix this?
