My previous phone had a sleep mode, where notifications would turn off after a certain time at night, so I don't get woken up in the middle of the night for every stupid email. I can't find how to set this on my new RAZR MAXX. Does it have such a feature?

I have a few pdf files that I need to open frequently. They're on the SIM card and I want to place a shortcut on the homescreen so I can access them in one click. But I can't figure out how to do it with Jelly Bean. Thanks for any tips.
