    So not happy with this phone/T-mobile

    I am on my third one. The first one dropped the internet connection. T-mobile replaced it. The second one did not work as a phone. Just static in my ear. Now I am on the third one; day two. Let's see how long this one lasts. Matt Hamm Not a happy camper

    Help Smartphone noob

    I have had my Galaxy for just over a week. Quite a lot of bloatware which needs to go. My question is: Does the phone need to be rooted before I can get the apps over to the sim card? If not how can I move them? Matt Hamm
