those of you who pre ordered your razr and got it on a thursday. do you have an extra day to return it since today is thanksgiving so no stores are open and today is the 14 day cut off?

my girlfriend just got the razr today. and it wont pick up any internet unless its connected to wireless. text messages and phone calls work fine. but nothing that requires data will work. is there a chance its a bad sim card or something?
