    Help You may be my last hope---can't bill to acct

    I've owned my S3 since nov. 2012. I have always been able to go thru google play to download music and bill to my Verizon acct. All of a sudden it won't. I get an error message that states something like my "device" isn't set up to do that. News to me! Verizon assures me my acct is in excellent...
