I recently flashed to 1.6 stock from microhaxo's rom but when i tried to flash to bearfan's rom it wouldnt work several times it keeps on saying setup connection failed.... Should i try to flash it again?

Sorry for another post but i needed help. I had switched roms from bh_man galaxy rom to the stock 1.6. It did not work but virus beta helped me fix it now i cant download apps because its says my memory is too low i looked at my memory stats and it said 0 out of 0.:(
