My apologies for late response. I have a rooted version of the .19 on the site that you can flash.

Also the new ICS update has a new hboot so a rooted version of that could take a while

make sure your setting up the right options in the settings menu.

pick the proper profile
make sure wifi driver reload is checked
make sure routing fix is checked
make sure disable waker lock is checked

Tethering seems to be an issue with this rom and is hit or miss with each phone. I have no problem thethering and i am using the newest version here --> android-wifi-tether - Wireless Tether for Root Users - Google Project Hosting

Also make sure in the settings you have selected the thunderbolt profile and check the boxes for wifi driver reload, routing fix & disable wake lock.

Setup method should also be set to auto
