    Help Lucid not recognized by my MAC

    I've done a ton of searches on how to get my iMac to read my Lucid when I connect via USB. 1 x it worked but never again. Can't figure it out again. Can someone help me please?

    Questions about icons at the top?

    Can someone please tell me what the icons are on my phone and why they change colors? - '1x' with arrows up/down - sometimes this is green and sometimes gray. The arrows change color as well. - to the left of the '1x' is some symbol and I don't have a clue what this is.....location...
