Root Was booting into CWM, now its standard recovery.
I was flashing different rooms trying out different ones with no hitches, then I installed the alpha 2 version of CyanogenMod 9 and they released alpha 3 yesterday and I downloaded it and when I reboot into recovery suddenly it's no longer CWM anymore and its the default Android recovery.
